Our review
The S25 Ultra wins the spec argument outright: a brighter display, a genuine 5x optical telephoto, the S Pen, and a battery that comfortably outlasts the iPhone under heavy use. Seven years of OS updates finally closes the support gap that used to make this an easy loss against Apple.
It is also physically large and priced at the very top of the market. The saving grace is that Samsung's own store discounts aggressively with trade-in, and third-party retailers undercut list within a quarter of release.
