The Sayl exists to put a Herman Miller warranty in a room that cannot justify an Aeron. The unframed suspension back flexes with you rather than pressing a rigid edge into your spine, and the footprint is small enough for a desk in a bedroom.
Watch the configuration rather than the name. The base model most retailers stock has fixed arms and no adjustable lumbar, and there is no headrest option at any trim. Price the version you actually want before comparing it to anything else.
