Our review
Front loaders win on water use and lose on everything a genuinely dirty load needs. This is the counter-argument: a real agitator for work clothes and set-in mud, a ten-year limited parts warranty on the drive motor and wash basket, and an agitator that lifts out when you need the full drum for a comforter.
It uses more water than a comparable front loader and it is harder on delicates. Both are the trade you are making deliberately when you buy an agitator machine rather than an impeller one.
